Attorney Fred Trowbridge Sr. was the Green Bay Packers legal council for more than 30 years, from 1950-81.

He served on the Packers Executive Committee for many of those years as treasurer. Along with Packers president Dominic Olejniczak, Trowbridge was highly regarded by contemporaries from other National Football League teams.

His son, Fred Jr., also became a member of the Packers Board of Directors.
