Super Bowl I Shirt Donation

September 10, 2012 | Monty McMahon |

On September 7, Russell Prell and Kevin Eggebeen donated what is believed to be the first Super Bowl shirt ever created to the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame.

Prell created the shirt and Eggebeen had owned it since 1967 when his mother purchased it for him at JCPenny’s. Once the shirt is authenticated, it will be displayed in the Packers Hall of Fame.
